Product Details

These labels are an excellent branding and product labelling solution, widely used across numerous industries and sectors. Offering a range of benefits, they are ideal for use in a variety of environments.

There is a clear difference between vinyl stickers and resin domed labels. While standard vinyl labels are flat and two-dimensional, resin domed labels feature a distinctive 3D ‘bubble’ effect. This is created by applying liquid plastic resin over the surface of a standard label, which flows to the edges and forms a durable, dome-shaped finish.

The production process for resin domed labels involves applying a polyurethane dome to a printed label using specialised doming equipment. The base label can be printed using a range of methods, including lithography, screen printing, digital printing, or flexographic printing. Existing designs can be enhanced with a polydomed finish, or entirely new designs can be created to suit specific requirements.
